were is it and how do I get there
Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access
Where is Newport Pagnell Beach and how do you get there?
Ah, Newport Pagnell Beach. You guessed it – it's in Newport Pagnell. Groundbreaking stuff, I know. Now, don’t go looking for any signs, because that would be way too mainstream. We like to keep it "secret," even though this website exists, and literally everyone within a 20-mile radius knows about it. But hey, we're subtle like that.
There are two ways to get to the beach. The first one is the adventure route, which involves vaulting fences like you're auditioning for the next Mission Impossible, walking across bridges, strutting through horse paddocks like a runway model, and getting violated by nettles and thorns. Nature’s way of saying, "You’re welcome."
The second option is a more "charming" path through a dog-shit-infested field that has mud so thick, it makes your grandma's Christmas pudding look like souffle. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get a few side-eye glances from the local dog walkers. Not sure if it’s because of your choice of footwear or just the way you carry yourself, but you decide.
Now, if you’re in a wheelchair or have any mobility challenges, well, first of all, good luck. But honestly, you’re probably better off staying home. This beach has a way of thinning the herd. And let's be real, the ones who make it through probably needed the cardio anyway.

Maps locals use
times | when its busy (on a hot day) |
---|---|
9AM-10AM | Not Busy. Just you, the questionable water, and a faint smell of regret. |
10AM-12PM | Sort of Busy. A few brave souls wading in, probably questioning their life choices. |
12PM-2PM | Busy. It's a full-on splash fest, and someone’s definitely lost a flip-flop. |
2PM-4PM | Still Busy. This is peak “Why are we calling this a beach?” energy. |
4PM-7Pm | Busy AF. It’s hot, it’s crowded, and that’s probably not sand you’re standing on. |
7:00pm | Shut It Down. Seriously, go home, shower (twice), and pretend this day never happened. |
